  Each time we venture on a trip to the mountains, we definitely make a stop at Elita. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about food. He pairs the perfect flavours together and exactly the right amount of food! He even remembered us from before...and regulars we will continue to be!!

  This is my first time ever leaving a review for a restaurant but I had such an amazing experience I have to recommend this place to anyone I can!
  
  Not only are they happy to cater to vegan, gluten free and allergy restrictions, the service was incredible. I was offered something off the menu (vegan enchiladas!) and it was served within 15 minutes. It was delicious and very filling, I couldn't recommend it more.
  
  The atmosphere is cozy and clean, and the walls are covered with local art. This was honestly one of the best experiences I've had eating out in a long time (the owner even offered us free coffee and a cd of a local band).
  
  I can't wait to come back and try some of their other dishes :)

  The owner/chef had several suggestions all of which were better than described. He catered to my personal dietary restrictions and had many vegetarian/vegan/gluten free options. The service was fast and convenient two meals made in less than 10 minutes and my over all experience was beyond satisfactory! On the way out he offered complimentary coffee and answered my questions about how he prepared the meal. After my next hike I will be going right back to Elita!!!!

  Wonderful dining experience. I have dietary restrictions, Elita Restaurant and their wonderful owner and chef's were more than able to accommodate my needs. My boyfriend and I also shared an excellent wine that was served with a complimentary dessert. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. We will definitely be returning.
