  Staff was quick to take orders but took almost 30min to make a breakfast sandwich. Owner needs to pull his head out of his/her ass and put more staff on during busy weekend mornings.

  Worst ever service. Ordered tea. Even Asked when received order and was confirmed that tea bag is inside the cup. Found out later that there was no tea bag in cup! !!

  Can get very busy in the mornings and during the day, but service is usually friendly and coffee is pretty consistent.

  Unbelievably slow. I waited 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee - after I'd ordered! I know it's hard to get staff in Canmore, and the two I could see were working harder than most ants, but really! Since Tim's was sold I've been trying very hard not to go there. In Canmore we have lots of alternatives - Beamer's, Rocky Mountain Bagel, etc., etc.
